Wall access panel for drywall under stairs for storage plumbing?
Converting under-stairs space to storage—there’s a water line running through it. Want access for shut-offs and future inspections. Needs to fit an angled wall and look finished.

Under-stairs plumbing access is tricky because of angles and limited space. I use panels that can be trimmed slightly if needed and have strong clip retention so the door stays secure on sloped surfaces. The model I chose has reinforced corners for durability and a smooth paintable face that matches the storage paint. It’s held up to occasional bumping from stored items without cracking. Painted to blend with the under-stairs finish it looks intentional. I fitted a sturdy wall access panel for drywall (12×18) on the angled wall and it’s made valve checks simple. Secure it well to blocking for stability.
