City Towers build quality – any nasty surprises after moving in?
Looking at new developments and City Towers is on the shortlist. Prices are high, so I want to avoid buying something that will need major fixes in 2–3 years. Has anyone been living there for at least a year? Any issues with leaks, cracks, thin walls, bad ventilation, cheap plumbing, etc.? Real stories would help a lot.

Moved in 14 months ago. Overall build quality is average-to-good for this price segment. Walls are not paper-thin (can’t hear every word from neighbors), plumbing works fine, no leaks so far. Had one minor issue with the bathroom fan – fixed under warranty in two weeks. Finishing is decent, nothing started falling apart. A guy who bought at the same stage as me wrote quite a balanced review here: https://citytowersinc.com/ – he lists both positives and the small things that annoyed him during the first months. Matches my experience mostly.
Biggest advice – check the apartment thoroughly during handover and make a detailed defect list. If you do that, most issues get sorted quickly.
