Zero Waste Wednesday

Zero Waste Wednesday is a weekly Instagram live event that interviews fascinating speakers, community organizers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders living or creating Zero-Waste lifestyle. One of the things I miss most about in person events is getting to know your community. This show aims to help that.

April 14 features Katerina Bogatireva of Precycle and Amer Jandali of Future Meets Present.

Precycle is New York City's first Zero Waste Grocery store that focuses on local, sustainable food, household items and personal care products.

Future Meets Present is a "house of vision" based in Brooklyn, NY. They envision a future based on climate solutions and use design to bring it to life. Their flagship event, The Marketplace of the Future, is a community design project intended to bring together organizations that are creating the world we need. The mission is to "demystify climate solutions" and create a "blueprint" of what the world will feel like on the other side of our climate agreements.
